BEST BABY WIPES: TOP 9 BABY WIPES REVIEW

BEST BABY WIPES: TOP 9 BABY WIPES REVIEW

Becoming a mom comes with endless decisions. One of the very first decisions you will have to make is which brand of BABY WIPES to use!

There are several factors that go in to choosing the right baby wipes for your little slice of heaven, so here are the main points I believe are the most important in making your decision:

  • Price per wipe
  • Durability
  • If it’s safe for sensitive skin
  • Fragrance free or not
  • Moisture level (because dry wipes…seriously?!)

I reviewed the 9 most popular brands of baby wipes, so keep reading to find out which brand is the BEST BABY WIPE of 2019!

TOP 9 BABY WIPES REVIEW:

KIRKLAND BABY WIPES

These are the baby wipes that we have used (so far) with each of our kids. We are a Costco family, so the ease of grabbing a huge box for $20 is hard to pass up. But, are these the best wipes?! Are these the most affordable?! Let’s compare them to the rest!

  • Price per wipe: $0.02
  • Durability: 5/10
  • Safe for Sensitive Skin: Does not specify
  • Fragrance Free: Yes
  • Moisture: Good

HUGGIES SIMPLY CLEAN BABY WIPES

These wipes are NOT durable at all. They rip apart just as easy as ripping a tissue apart. With no effort at all, you can have these shredded to bits. For me, that’s a deal breaker.

The good thing about these wipes is how they dispense from the container. They are connected by a soft dotted line on the corner, which allows for only one wipe to pull out at a time.

  • Price per wipe: $0.02
  • Durability: 1/10
  • Safe for Sensitive Skin: Does not specify
  • Fragrance Free: Yes
  • Moisture: Good

HUGGIES NATURAL CARE BABY WIPES

Unfortunately, these feel identical to the previous Huggies wipes. I really couldn’t find a single thing that seemed different. These ones do specify they are safe for sensitive skin, so I assume that is the only difference between the two. The durability is still a deal breaker for me.

  • Price per wipe: $0.02-$0.03
  • Durability: 1/10
  • Safe for Sensitive Skin: Yes
  • Fragrance Free: Yes
  • Moisture: Good

WATER WIPES

These wipes are amazing. I really liked these a lot. They are extremely durable, don’t contain harsh ingredients, and they feel really nice. The issue I have is the fact that they are 3x the price of other wipes. To me, that seems a bit extreme, and unless your baby has SEVERELY sensitive skin, I just can’t justify the cost.

  • Price per wipe: $0.06
  • Durability: 9/10
  • Safe for Sensitive Skin: Yes
  • Fragrance Free: Yes
  • Moisture: Good

SEVENTH GENERATION BABY WIPES

These are decent wipes. They’re pretty firm, and almost feel as if they were starched?! They’re pretty middle of the road all around, so the fact that they are double the price of others took these out of the running for me.

  • Price per wipe: $0.04
  • Durability: 6/10
  • Safe for Sensitive Skin: Yes
  • Fragrance Free: Yes
  • Moisture: OK

PAMPERS SENSITIVE BABY WIPES

ALRIGHT! Now we’re talking. These wipes feel absolutely WONDERFUL. They’re extremely soft, velvety, great moisture level, BEYOND durable, and all around 10/10 in my opinion. For the quality, the price is very reasonable, so for me these are my top rated baby wipes so far.

  • Price per wipe: $0.03
  • Durability: 10/10
  • Safe for Sensitive Skin: Yes
  • Fragrance Free: Yes
  • Moisture: Great

BABYGANICS BABY WIPES

These wipes felt a bit thin, not as high of quality as the others, they claim to be fragrance free but there is a very distinct and very (unpleasant) smell. There was a wide range of pricing, and even at the lowest price point I would 100% choose Pampers Sensitive Baby Wipes over these.

  • Price per wipe: $0.03-$0.08
  • Durability: 8/10
  • Safe for Sensitive Skin: Does not specify
  • Fragrance Free: Yes but smells weird
  • Moisture: Low

TARGET UP&UP BABY WIPES

These wipes are the most affordable wipes on the list. For the price, you get a pretty decent wipe! The durability isn’t the best, but for the price I think they’re better than most of the other wipes on the market.

  • Price per wipe: $0.01-$0.02
  • Durability: 5/10
  • Safe for Sensitive Skin: Does not specify
  • Fragrance Free: Yes
  • Moisture: Low

HONEST COMPANY BABY WIPES

OK these wipes did not live up to the hype in my opinion. The texture is not great, they’re not soft at all, and they feel almost grippy. The durability is low, the price is high, and these aren’t even close to being worth it.

  • Price per wipe: $0.05-$0.06
  • Durability: 4/10
  • Safe for Sensitive Skin: Does not specify
  • Fragrance Free: Yes but has a slight smell
  • Moisture: Good

So there you have it! PAMPERS SENSITIVE BABY WIPES are the CLEAR winner in my opinion. Excellent quality and value.

I believe we will be converting from Kirkland Brand Baby Wipes to Pampers. I’m SHOCKED! I didn’t expect anyone to be able to compare!

Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope this review helped you make the best decision for you and your little one’s long journey of baby wipes! 🙂
